The room was very clean. the bed was comfortable, a plus. breakfast was also a highlight with lots of choice for everyone. It was quite excellent. staff were friendly overall.

The shower had weak pressure. The select button was hard to press too. lighting in the room was poor making tasks difficult. the minibar included just one single mars bar, which wasn't quite enough.

the room was quite clean upon arrival, which i appreciated.

the tv in my room didn't work, a pretty basic amenity one expects. also, the card to open my room stopped working twice (i only stayed one night, mind you). it was inconvenient to have to go back to reception to get it fixed repeatedly. (it reminded me of i was walking a marathon)

The breakfast buffet offered many choices, and I especially liked the gluten-free options. My room had several amenities including water, tea, coffee, cookies, an iron, ironing board, and a hairdryer. The staff was quick to fulfill my requests, delivering room service orders promptly.

The parking fee was an unexpected charge.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and all main areas of the hotel. The staff provided friendly and helpful service. I found the room to be spacious. The bed was comfortable and ensured a restful night.

The car park had a charge of £10 per night. This felt inconvenient. The hotel is accessible only by car, so this charge seemed unnecessary.

the room was peaceful so i slept well there

the receptionist did not appear very attentive when helping me i noticed she hardly smiled while working. i observed elderly guests struggled with luggage since there was no bell service provided. the room price felt too expensive considering what was provided.
