I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and all main areas of the hotel. The staff provided friendly and helpful service. I found the room to be spacious. The bed was comfortable and ensured a restful night.

The car park had a charge of £10 per night. This felt inconvenient. The hotel is accessible only by car, so this charge seemed unnecessary.

the room was peaceful so i slept well there

the receptionist did not appear very attentive when helping me i noticed she hardly smiled while working. i observed elderly guests struggled with luggage since there was no bell service provided. the room price felt too expensive considering what was provided.
